Let’s start with the basics of this beauty.

Now some pumpkin pie milkshakes call for ingredients that are actually in pumpkin pie. Not this one. We’re taking an actual slice of that leftover pumpkin pie you’ll have and putting the whole thing in the blender. That’s what makes this milkshake so damn good. It’s a true to form pumpkin pie milkshake. The pumpkin pie with it’s crust and all give this milkshake so much depth and flavor, it’s out of this world! When I made this recipe, my Mom guzzled it down and then quickly asked for me to make another one lol. It’s that good you guys!!!

Anyone who knows me should know that I am a sucker for butter pecan ice cream. I mean, if I should die and get a chance to have my last dessert; it would be butter pecan ice cream. It’s the thing I crave the most when I’m on a diet, so it was a no brainer to combine it here.

You could use regular vanilla ice cream but I prefer the richness and extra flavor with butter pecan ice cream. So we have our foundation; pumpkin pie and butter pecan ice cream. The last component in a classic milkshake is the milk! I’ve added some almond milk to pull both ingredients together and there you have it.
