If there’s one thing I love about food photography it has to be shooting drinks. They’re so much easier to shoot than food. There’s no heavy manipulation involved other than a few tweaks of this or that. If I didn’t love food so much, this blog would only be about beverages he he.
Since I’m not a heavy drinker, I usually play around with alcohol-free drink recipes that are fun and tasty. But don’t get it twisted, ya girl does love a good mojito or sangria recipe like this one, this one, and this one.
This rainbow ginger beer spritzer is one for the books.
I absolutely love ginger beer because I’m a huge fan of ginger ale and it has the same effervescent taste as a classic ginger ale. You know, that super bubbly, fizzy, and carbonated taste.
This super simple, yet, amped up spritzer is perfect for a quick get together, girls night, or when you want to impress your boo. I’m all about super simple recipes that are a tad bit jazzed-up. This entire drink comes to it’s glorious conclusion with only a handful of ingredients. Tons of fresh fruit, ginger beer, and club soda. Yup, that’s it. All of the fruit flavors soak into the ginger beer and it’s divine.
With summer ending in just a matter of days, this recipe will use up any leftover fruit you have hanging around in your fridge. And on a sidetone, is everyone ready for pumpkin everything? I haven’t quite yet gotten a classic pumpkin spice latte but I’m sure I will soon. I still can’t believe we’re months away from 2018 either, aahhhhh!
Anywho, I hope you enjoy this recipe, friends!Print
