These 3-ingredient vegan cherry coconut popsicles are refined sugar free, gluten free, paleo, creamy, and super refreshing.
- 2 cups fresh cherries; pitted and halved
- 1 can (13.5 fl oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup
- Pit and halve the cherries.
- Place cherries, coconut milk, and maple syrup into blender/food processor.
- Blend until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture evenly into popsicle mold.
- Let freeze overnight or at least for 6-8 hours and enjoy!
