Description
This refreshing Strawberry Lemonade Rosé Sangria recipe screams spring and summer vibes, friends! With Rosé wine as the base here, you get ample sweetness with a slightly floral, aromatic note. Chunks of fresh strawberries and fresh lemon juice up the ante with their signature essence along with a few other ingredients that add more depth. She’s beautiful, she’s delicious, and she’s perfect for entertaining!
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled & chopped
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced & then cut into half moons
- ¼ cup strawberry syrup
- 1 (750 ml) bottle rosé wine
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup brandy
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle ginger beer
- 1 (12-ounce) can lemon-lime soda
- ¼ cup rose water
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish- optional
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, add the strawberries, sliced lemon, strawberry syrup, rosé wine, lemon juice, brandy, ginger beer, lemon-lime soda, and rose water. Give the pitcher a good stir to fully combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the pitcher vessel with a lid, if possible, or cover the top with plastic wrap for freshness. Then transfer the pitcher into the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours, more preferably overnight (8 hours).
- Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the strawberry lemonade rosé sangria into glasses (be sure to get a little helping of the soaked fruit + bits into each glass). Garnish glasses with a fresh sprig of mint, if desired. Sip, sip…enjoy!
